Arrow keys move. Enter starts a rectangle; arrows resize it; Enter places it. Escape cancels. Delete removes a patch. Control or Command Z undoes.
About this board
Ten of the fourteen clues show only a shape, and only a 3 near the top-right is fixed at the start. The board hides two huge pieces behind plain icons: a square that turns out to be a 5x5 block of 25 in the upper left, and a wide clue that becomes a 7x3 block across the bottom. A strip across the entire top row, like a curtain rail, is the last of the big pieces to settle.
