Deep Frame, a 8x8 Patches puzzle
Arrow keys move. Enter starts a rectangle; arrows resize it; Enter places it. Escape cancels. Delete removes a patch. Control or Command Z undoes.
About this board
Two long pieces form the frame: a 2x6 twelve down the right side and a wide 4 along the top, both fixed from the start. The surprise is the shape-only wide clue near the bottom-right, which turns out to be the largest patch on the board, a 7x2 block across the bottom two rows. Above it, small 2s and 3s and a tall shape-only clue fill the middle over three rounds.
