Arrow keys move. Enter starts a rectangle; arrows resize it; Enter places it. Escape cancels. Delete removes a patch. Control or Command Z undoes.
About this board
Everything here stretches. The 8 in the bottom-right corner turns out to be the whole right edge, and three shape-only wide clues on the left become long pieces: a strip of six cells, a strip of seven along the bottom, and a 3x2 block between them. None of those three can be placed in the first round; they wait for the 12, the 8 and the wide 5 to settle, mostly by ruling out placements that would strand a neighbour.
